Going Offline

User can go Offline from the Popup Chat by following these steps:

  • Click on the Settings Icon to get the menu as shown below.

Click on status icon to go offline
  • Choose Offline option in the dropdown list.​

After going Offline, user will see You are Offline message. To go back Online, click on the message.

In case you are using Embed Chat Room and want to go Offline, follow these steps -

  • Click on the Device (Mobile or Desktop) as shown below. ​

  • Choose Offline from the list.

To go Online again, you need to click the Device Icon again and choose any status - Available, Idle or Busy.

Click on go offline icon in the chat

Users can also set status as Available, Idle or Busy.
