Popup Chat Position

The position of popup chat can be changed from App Dashboard. Popup chat can be configured to show at the Right Side of the screen or Left Side of the screen.

By default it is set to show up at the Right Side of the screen.

To change the setting go to App Dashboard , then Settings -> App.

There is an option Position of Popup Chat, set it to Left or Right according to your webpage design and structure.
