Mobile Web Chat

We provide well optimised mobile chat which works well with all leading browsers in mobile. Both embed and popup chat are fully responsive and comes up loaded with all the functionality of the normal desktop chat with same look and feel. Admins can moderate how they want popup chat to appear in the mobile devices of their user

You can go to App Dashboard -> Settings -> Mobile. There is an option called Rendering Chat on Mobile Devices. There are three options for this -

1) Show Chat over Website Content - On clicking chat bubble, chat will open in the same window and above your web page content.

2) Open Chat in a New Window - On clicking the chat bubble, the chat will open in a new tab on your browser window.

3) Disable - This will disable chat on mobile devices.
