App Dashboard

App Dasboard is used for better integration of iFlyChat with your website. It provides a range of settings and functionalities which will help you make iFlyChat function according to your use case. You can create roooms, access chat archives and analytics, manage users etc. Also, there are many Settings option in App Dashboard to control the Theme, Content, Mobile and General App Behaviour etc.

You can access App Dashboard from chat on your website by following ways -

In Popup Chat -

• Click on Settings Icon in Popup Chat List.

• Click on option App Dashboard.

• App Dashboard will open in new tab.

In Embed Chat (Option 1) -

• Click on Settings Icon at the header of the Embed Chat.

• Click on option App Dashboard.

• App Dashboard will open in new tab.

In Embed Chat (Option 2)-

• Click on Down Arrow Icon beside text area.

• Click on option App Dashboard.

• App Dashboard will open in new tab.

Note - App Dashboard can only be access by Chat Admins and not by Chat Moderators.
