Desktop Notification

Desktop Notification feature allows you to receive notifications on desktop if you are away from the chat.

To enable Desktop Notification in Popup Chat App, follow the steps given below:

• Click on Gear icon in the Popup Chat

Desktop Notification - Click on Gear icon

• Click on Enable Notifications

Desktop Notification - Click on Enable

• The browser would ask your permission to show desktop notification. Click on Allow.

Desktop Notification - Grant Permission

• Once you have granted permission, you should see notifications on the desktop if there is a new message.

Alternatively you may enable/disable desktop notification from Embed Chat as shown below:
