Message Display Format

In iFlyChat, you can change the way a message is displayed in Popup Chat or Embed Chat.

Go to App Dashboard, then go to Settings -> Theme.

There is an option called Message Format, here you will see two formats Clean and Bubble. Refer to the screenshot below -

Clean Format will look like this -

Bubble Format will look like this -Tip: You may also want to configure following -

• Time Format - iFlyChat has three options to choose from.

• Chat Color and Theme - For better look and feel integration with your website.

We are also working on a third format called Compact Format which will be more like IRC format in which there will be no User Profile Picture. User Name, Message and Time will come in single line. Let us know if you need this feature by contacting us here. We will increase the priority of this if we get lot of requests.
