How to upgrade my account?
Yes you can do that. Please go to our Dashboard and click on Billing Information to get started.
How can I cancel/pause the subscription?
Just write a mail to us at help@iflychat.com or reach us our via support chat. Please mention your iFlyChat username in the mail along with the website on which you are using chat.
Do iFlyChat provide invoices? If yes, how can I get them?
Yes, we do provide invoices for every payment you make to iFlyChat. For getting invoices, please go to this link and click on Billing Information.
