Chat Notification Sound

Sound Notifications are played when a user receives a new message in a chatroom, direct message or group chat. We provide many sound options from which you can choose according to your liking.

Sound can be configured from App Dashboard, here go to Settings -> App as shown below -

You can also choose if Sound Notification will be by default ON or OFF for the users of your website.

To configure it, there is an option Default Sound Notification at App Dashboard. Here, go to Settings -> App. Screenshot below -
